Autumn Nesting 2025

Coming home to rest after the Summer we will be grounding ourselves down to the mat and settling in for the exciting turn of the seasons.

A delightful morning of Breathwork, Asana practise, a home made lunch together then followed by rest and digest relaxation with and a healthy bit of omming.  The Studio in Greenhill lends itself to these workshop days, with light, comfort and all the yoga props we could desire.
